高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中的4种可成盐防腐剂 被引量:4

摘要 建立化妆品中苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、对茴香酸和脱氢乙酸钠4种防腐剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以V(甲醇)∶V(0.02 mol·L^(-1)乙酸铵水溶液)(p H=6.8)=10∶90作流动相,在235 nm进行检测,外标法定量。由实验结果可知,4种防腐剂在实验浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均为1.000 0,苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、对茴香酸、脱氢乙酸钠的定量限分别为0.6,0.1,0.3和0.2 mg/L,方法回收率为90.0%~99.6%,RSD小于1.5%。 An HPLC method for the determination of four preservatives in cosmetics such as sodium benzoate,potassium sorbate,p-anisic acid and sodium dehydroacetate,was established.The four preservatives in cosmetics were separated on C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) by using methanol and 0.02 mol·L^(-1)ammonium acetate solution(p H=6.8) with the ratio of 10∶90(v/v) as mobile phase.Detection was performed atλ=235 nm and quantification was calculated by an external standard method.The linearities of four preservatives were good in the investigated concentration range,and the correlation coefficients were all 1.000 0.The quantification limits of sodium benzoate,potassium sorbate,p-anisic acid and sodium dehydroacetate were 0.6,0.1,0.3 and 0.2 mg/L,respectively.The recoveries were 90.0%~99.6% and the RSD were all less than1.5%.
