摘要
采用液相烧结法制备碳化硼陶瓷,初步对比考察了七组添加剂的助烧效果。结果显示,Al2O3,Y2O3以及Al2O3-Y2O3三组助剂效果明显,样品致密率可以达到95.0~96.2%,显微硬度达到3080 Kg/mm2以上。液相烧结对样品的断裂韧性没有明显改善作用。
Boron carbide ceramics were prepared by liquid phase sintering, and preliminary comparison examined the seven groups help burning effects of additives. Results show that: three groups additives of Al2O3, Y2O3 and Al2O3-Y2O3 affected remarkable. Sample density rate can reach 95.0 ~ 96.2%. Micro-hardness reached more than 3080 Kg/mm2. The liquid phase sintering had no effect on fracture toughness of samples.
