摘要
碳化硼是一种具有较强热稳定性和低密度、高硬度、高熔点等优势的新型战略材料,已经被应用于军事、能源等领域。主要针对碳化硼陶瓷的制备工艺,从无压烧结、热压烧结、热等静压烧结和放电等离子烧结方面进行分析。
Boron carbide is a new strategic material with strong thermal stability, low density, high hardness and high melting point, which has been used in military and energy fields. The preparation process of boron carbide ceramics from the no-pressure sintering, thermal pressure sintering, thermal and other static pressure sintering and discharge plasma sintering is mainly analyzed.
