摘要
从2015年起,各省(区、市)全面启动住院医师规范化培训工作,本科毕业规培3年、专科毕业2年后规培2年。3年后每年有多于本科同类专业实习生3倍的规培生,进入各附属医院及"三甲"医院,各附属医院及"三甲"医院教学工作重点,将是住院医师规范化培训。本科临床实习教学必须、只有战略转移至基层医院,基层医院将成为本科临床实习主要基地。基层医院对于本科临床实习教学来讲,具有"患者多、病种多、操作多、动手多"的优势,完全能胜任本科临床实习,理论上讲应该是最佳的本科临床实习基地。如何建好基层医院临床实习基地,本文从明确教学目标,提高教学意识,转变工作理念;建立健全科学的管理模式和规范的管理制度;充分利用多媒体教学,严格落实临床技能训练;改变传统教育模式,实施多元化教学方法四方面进行探讨。
From 2015 onwards, various provinces （regions and municipalities） start residency training.Undergraduate graduation compliance training for 3 years, college graduates 2 years after 2 years of rule. After three years than similar undergraduate interns each year 3 times subject to Pearson, entered the hospital and ＂top three＂ hospitals, affiliated hospitals, and ＂three＂ teaching hospitals focus will be the standard training of resident doctors. Clinical practice of undergraduate teaching, the only strategy towards primary hospital, undergraduate clinical practice in grass-roots hospital will be the main base. For undergraduate clinical practice teaching in basic level hospitals, with ＂patients, diseases, operations, hands-on＂ advantage, is competent for undergraduate clinical practice, in theory, it should be the best undergraduate clinical training base. How to build grass-roots hospital clinical practice base, from the clear teaching objectives, teaching awareness-raising, transformational work philosophy; Norms of establishing and perfecting scientific management mode and management systems; Full use of multimedia teaching, strictly implement the clinical skills training; changing the traditional mode of education, diversified teaching methods in four aspects are discussed.
