摘要
目的探讨雌激素对糖尿病大鼠视网膜炎症反应的保护性作用。方法选取2015年1月由南昌大学动物科学部提供的48只清洁级雌性SD大鼠,将其分为去卵巢手术注射STZ组(Ovx+STZ)、假手术注射STZ组(Sham+STZ)、去卵巢手术组(Ovx)、假手术组(Sham)4组,对比分析雌激素对各组大鼠视网膜炎症反应的保护性作用。结果 HIF-1 a阳性细胞在视网膜组织外核层与内核层表现为棕黄色的细胞,电镜下大鼠眼组外节膜盘结构。各组全部雌性SD大鼠HIF-1 a浓度检测结果、雌性SD大鼠观察对象NO和SOD水平的对比中,Ovx+STZ组明显优于Sham+STZ组,Sham+STZ组明显优于Sham组,Ovx+STZ组明显优于Ovx组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌激素对于糖尿病大鼠视网膜炎症反应具有一定的保护作用,能够降低其HIF-1 a表达。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of estrogen on the inflammatory response of retina in diabetic rats. Methods 48 female SD rats were divided into STZ group (Ovx+STZ), sham operated group (Sham+STZ), sham operated group (Ovx), sham operation group (STZ) and 4 groups (Sham). Results The HIF-1 a positive cells in the outer layer of the retina and the core layer showed the brown yellow cells. The concentrations of HIF-1 a and SOD in female SD rats were significantly higher than that in, SD group, and the Sham+STZ group was significantly better than that in Sham+STZ group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Estrogen has a protective effect on the inflammatory response in diabetic rats, which can decrease the expression ofHIF-1 a.
