摘要
目的:研究板蓝根饮片与水提物的质量相关性。方法:比较不同水浴温度下板蓝根水提液中(R,S)-告依春的热稳定性,测定14批板蓝根饮片和相应水提物的浸出物、(R,S)-告依春含量,考察板蓝根饮片与水提物的质量相关性。结果:板蓝根水提液中(R,S)-告依春的热稳定性较好,板蓝根饮片与水提物的浸出物、(R,S)-告依春含量相关系数分别为0.57、0.97。结论:板蓝根饮片与水提物的(R,S)-告依春含量相关性较强,浸出物无显著相关性。
OBJECTIVE:To study the quality correlation between Isatidis Radix pieces and water extract.METHODS:The thermal stability of(R,S)epigoitrin in Isatidis Radix aqueous extract at different water bath temperatures was compared.the contents of extraction and(R,S)epigoitrin in 14 batches of Isatidis Radix pieces and corresponding water extract were determined.The quality correlation between Isatidis Radix pieces and water extract was investigated.RESULTS:The thermal stability of(R,S)epigoitrin in the Isatidis Radix aqueous extract was good,and the correlation coefficients of extraction and(R,S)epigoitrin content between Isatidis Radix pieces and water extract were 0.57 and 0.97,respectively.CONCLUSION:The correlation between the(R,S)epigoitrin content in Isatidis Radix pieces and water extract is strong,and the correlation of extraction is no significant.
