摘要 批判的教育政策分析是伴随着批判教育学的发展而产生的,它主张任何教育政策研究都必须研究和分析隐含于显性模式中有关科学和社会本质的隐性假设,其主要目的在于研究和揭示教育政策中可能隐含的对不平等的维护,促进社会公平和公正。当前我国正处在全面转型的关键时期,教育改革进入攻坚期和深水期,有选择地借鉴和采纳一种严肃而审慎的、批判的教育政策分析范式和取向,有利于教育政策研究首先在理论上克服传统教育政策分析模式的不足,同时在实践中更有利于实现教育公平和促进教育领域深化综合改革,从而推动我国教育事业的健康发展。 Critical education policy analysis comes into being with the development of critical pedagogy. Its major tenet is that the implicit assumptions about the nature of science and society embedded in the explicit model must be analyzed in studying education policies, and its main purpose is to bring to the light the implied support for inequality in education policy, and to promote social fairness and justice. At present, China is at a critical moment of comprehensive transformation, and education reform has entered a critical stage and a deep water zone. Selectively adopting the paradigm of critical education policy analysis and its value orientation will help to overcome in future studies the theoretical drawbacks of the traditional mode of education policy analysis. In practice, it will help to realize education fairness and deepen comprehensive reform of education, leading to the healthy development of education in our country.
