摘要
目的研究在右美托咪定用于全身麻醉的临床效果。方法随机选取2013年1月~2015年1月,住院进行全身麻醉的手术治疗患者60例,根据其临床治疗资料均分为研究组和对照组两组,30例研究组患者给予右美托咪定静脉注射辅助全身麻醉,30例对照组则过给予等量的生理盐水,然后两组通过相同的麻醉诱导。对比分析两组患者的麻醉效果。结果 30例研究组患者术后平均苏醒时间为（13.5±1.3）h,低于对照组（23.7±2.5）h的苏醒时间,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;30例研究组不良反应发生率为6.67%（2例不良反应患者）,麻醉药物平均量为（0.07±0.01）mg,均低于对照组（9例不良反应患者30.00%的不良反应率,麻醉药物平均用量为（0.18±0.02）mg,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论右美托咪定用于全身麻醉能够减少患者术后的苏醒时间,降低麻醉不良反应发生率以及麻醉药物的用量,具有较好的临床效果。
Objective To study the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine for general anesthesia. Methods Randomly selected from January 2013 to January 2015, admitted to our hospital with general anesthesia of 60 cases of patients with surgical treatment, according to the clinical data sharing as the study group and the control group, 30 cases of patients in the study group given dexmedetomidine set auxiliary systemic intravenous anesthesia, 30 cases of control group are given equal volume of physiological saline and in the two groups by the same anesthesia induction. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with anesthesia effect. Results The average recovery time was（13.5±1.3） h in 30 patients, lower than the control group（23.7±2.5） h recovery time, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）; 30 cases of adverse reactions in the study group（2 patients）, the average amount of narcotic drugs was lower than the control group（0.07±0.01） mg, the average dosage of narcotic drugs was（0.18±0.02） mg, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine set for general anesthesia can reduce the postoperative recovery time, reduce anesthesia adverse reaction rate and anesthetic drug dosage and has better clinical effect.
