摘要
从狭义上说,高校师德主要指高校教师的职业道德品质与规范。近年来,高校师德危机现象引人关注,有些教师政治素养不高,理想信念缺失;有些教师职业态度不端,缺乏敬业精神;有些教师为人师表欠佳,育人意识淡薄;有些教师热衷于人际关系的经营,学术道德失范等等。就其产生的原因来说,高校师德危机不只是师德的危机,而是社会危机与文化危机的折射,是资本逻辑导致的异化现象。从道德构成的逻辑理路来看,高校师德危机的解决既需要明晰高校师德的基本规范,表明高校师德应该怎么样,也需要探究高校师德危机发生的根源,厘清高校师德危机的现实表现,同时需要强化高校师德的实践方式,亦即如何加强高校师德建设,并在高校师德建设的过程中融入具有时代精神品质的社会主义核心价值观,要在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的氛围和场域中发挥其在高校师德建设过程中的引导和融入作用,从而有效化解高校师德危机,着力塑造高校师德规范。
In a narrow sense,the university teachers'ethics mainly refer to the quality and norms of university teachers'professional ethics.In recent years,the ethics crisis among university teachers has aroused people's attention.Some teachers do not have high political attainments and are lack of ideals and beliefs;some do not have proper professional attitude and are lack of professional dedication;some cannot serve as models of virtue for others and lack consciousness of cultivating students;some are keen on establishing interpersonal relationship and get mired in academic immorality.The cause for the morality crisis of university teachers can be traced to social crisis and cultural crisis.It is the alienation caused by the capital logic.In moral constitution logic,resolving the university teachers'morality crisis needs clearly defined basic norms to manifest what should be university teachers'morality.We need to probe into the source of the crisis,clarify the actual performance of university teacher's morality crisis. At the same time,we should strengthen the construction of the university teachers' morality by integrating it with the socialist core values and the spirit of times.The guidance and introduction of socialist core values into the construction of the university teachers'morality can efficaciously resolve the crisis and shape the norms for university teachers'morality.
