摘要
发展性教师评价通过教师的自我评价、自我反思、自我肯定、自我期待、自我提升,最终促成教师达到自我实现。高校教师师德评价应聚焦教师发展需要,结合量性评价与质性评价,通过多元化评价主体确保师德评价结果的科学性和有效性。构建基于发展性评价的高校教师师德评价体系,使师德师风建设与教师成长发展需求相结合,在提高教育教学质量的同时,不断促进教师自身能力的全面发展。
Developmental evaluation of teachers ultimately promotes teachers’self-realization through teachers’self-evaluation,self-reflection,self-affirmation,self-expectation,and self-improvement.The evaluation of teachers’professional ethics in colleges and universities should focus on the development needs of teachers,combine quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation,and ensure the scientificity and validity of the evaluation results of teachers’professional ethics through diversified evaluation subjects.It is necessary to construct an evaluation system for teachers’professional ethics based on developmental evaluation to combine the construction of teachers’professional ethics with teachers’needs of growth and development,so as to continuously promote the all-round development of teachers’abilities while improving the quality of education and teaching.
