摘要
用2个水稻不育系H638S和H738S与3个恢复系品种R矮93、R1813、华占进行不完全双列杂交,得6个杂交组合,对其11个性状的配合力效应分析.结果表明:播始历期、株高、剑叶长、穗长、穗颈长、千粒重这6个性状主要受母本一般配合力影响,有效穗、每穗实粒数、每穗总粒数这3个性状主要受父本一般配合力影响.通过亲本间一般配合力相对效应值比较发现,不育系H638S和恢复系R1813是较为最佳的理想亲本.
A partial diallel cross including 2 rice male sterile lines( H638 S and H738S) as female parents and 3 restorer line( Rai93,R1813 and Huazhan) as male parents was made to study combining ability for 11 characters of F1 hybrid. The main results were as follows: Flag leaf length was affected by GCA. The GCA of female parent played major role in 6 agronomic traits( days from sowing to heading,plant height,flag leaf length,spike length,rachis internode length,1000-grain weight) of F1 hybrids,but the effective panicle,spikelet per panicle,grains per panicle were affected by GCA of male parent. H638 S and R1813 were the best for breeding parents comparing the values of relative general combining ability among parents.
