摘要
采用半双列杂交法,将10个二棱大麦亲本配成45个组合。对F_1代及其亲本12个性状的配合力研究表明:除GCA和SCA各1个性状显著外,其余均达极显著水准。GCA较高的性状,反映了亲本基因加性效应较大,易在后代遗传与稳定。选择应从GCA入手,再进行SCA选择。判断组合的优劣,不仅要根据SCA的高低,还要根据双亲的平均表现。最后筛选出了优良亲本及优良组合。
The combining ability for 12 agronomic traits was analysed in a 10×10 diallel cross, excluding reciprocal cross, of 2-rowed barley (Hordeum distichum L.). The results showed that the variances of general combining ability (GCA) and special combining ability (SCA) for all traits were highly significant except in variance of GCA for yield per plant and SCA for straw weight per shoot/plant height was significant. Some parents had one or more traits with higher GCA which suggested the traits be controlled mainly by additive gene action in these parents and be easily heritable and stable in the filial generations. The GCA of parents should be taken as key criterion and SCA as secondary one for screening parents. The cross should be judged not only according to its SCA but also to the average performance of both the parents. Moreover, some outstanding parents and crosses were selected out.
