摘要
现行高产品种的产量已到了很高的平台。结合水稻超高产品种选育理论与实践,提出了“二高一早”超高产育种的设想,并就相关种质进行探讨,分析了“中秆高抗倒伏”及“群体高效光能利用”新种质对超高产育种的重要性。对Lemont等15份美国大面积推广光身稻品种、特青等73个中国高产品种及双亲杂种的农艺性状进行了初步分析。结果表明:①美国光身稻具有极强的抗倒伏性;②杂种F_1优势十分明显,其中株高及每穗粒数超亲尤为突出;③杂种后代中易获得高抗倒伏、偏大穗的中秆材料;④美国光身稻所携带的半矮秆基因与中国品种可能不同。通过研究,作者认为美国大面积生产应用的光身稻材料是超高产育种的理想素材。
The yield potential of current high-yielding rice varieties has reached a plateau and fluctuated within a narrow range. Based on the theory and practice of rice breeding for super-high-yield, we put forward the concept of 'two high and one-early' in our super rice breeding methodology, and assessed the relevant germplasms to be used in this program, such as medium-statured materials with good lodging resistance and high efficiency of light energy conversion. The agronomic characters of 15 glabrous rice varieties widely cultivated in USA and 73 Chinese high-yielding cultivars and their hybrids were analyzed. The results indicated that: (1)American glabrous rice has high ability in lodging resistance, (2)F1 hybrids have obvious heteriosis, especially in height and grains per panicle. (3)Medium-satured materials with lodging-resistance and larger panicle could be easily obtained from hybrid progenies, (4) Semi-dwarf gene of American glabrous rice may be different from the Chinese ones. The authors think American glabrous rice is a good material for breeding of super-high-yielding rice varieties.
