摘要
目的探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择136例高血压合并2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各68例。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗,观察组采用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,两组疗程均为12周。结果血压控制:治疗后观察组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压(PP)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);肾功能:观察组24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN指标水平明显低于对照组,肾小球滤过率(GFR)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗能有效控制血压,改善高血压合并2型糖尿病患者的肾功能。
Objective To study clinical curative effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in treatment of hypertension and type 2 diabetes.Methods 136 cases of hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes were divided into observation group and control group,control group given amlodipine therapy,observation group given valsartan with amlodipine therapy.Results Blood pressure： observation group SBP,DBP,PP levels were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）; Renal function：observation group UAER,SCr,BUN level were significantly lower than the control group,glomerular filtration rate（GFR）was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Valsartan with amlodipine therapy can effectively control blood pressure,then improve renal function of hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes.
