摘要
本文针对未来售电侧放开、发供双方自主性增强等背景下新能源价格补贴机制随市场化改革深入变化而做出分析,分别设计了电力市场化改革前期、中期、成熟期的新能源上网电价机制,对促进我国新能源良性发展有一定借鉴意义。
In view of the demand-side opening of future electricity market reform,and the strengthen of the right of choice of both generators and suppliers,this paper analyzed the renewable energy on-grid price and subsidy change with the marketization reform,and separately designed renewable energy on-grid price mechanism of the early mid and maturity stage of the electricity market reform,which have certain reference significance in promoting of the development of renewable energy in our country.
