摘要
关于教育与人性的关系问题是教育领域的一个基础问题,同时也是教育基本理论的永恒问题。教育的直接对象是人,最终目的也是人,如何看待人性直接影响着教育教学实践。人们的教育观念或多或少受到了人性观的制约。在此基础上,文章分析了当前风靡一时的补课行为背后的人性理念及其效果,指出:正是由于教师、家长看到了学生的发展性与生成性,根据人的自我成长需要予以一定的教育;同时也看到了人性发展中不完美的一面,所以才会通过一定的教育措施来弥补这种缺憾。补课行为虽然不能从根本上保证教育的效果得到最优化,但是它毕竟是建立在一定的人性观基础上的,毕竟是向着教育教学更好的效果不断趋近的。这就要求人们正确看待这一行为并且予以合理化分析,真正发挥补课行为的实效,最终促进学生的发展。
The relationship between education and human nature is a fundamental problem in the field of education, and it is also the eter- nal problem of the basic theory of education. The direct object of education is human,the ultimate goal is also human,and how to treat human nature directly affects the education and teaching practice. People＇ s education idea is more or less influenced by the view of human nature. On this basis,the paper analyses the concept of human nature in the current fashionable remedial actions and its effect.The paper points out： it is because the teacher and the parents see the development and generation of the students and they need certain education according to their self gro^la. At the same time they also see the imperfect side of the hmnan nature,so it is necessary to make up for this shortcoming through some educational measures. Although remedial actions can not fundamentally ensure optimized effect of education, it is, after all, based on the founda- tion of view of human nature and they are aiming at reaching better effect of education and teaching. This requires people to hold correct view to it and give a reasonable analysis so as to really play the effectiveness of remedial actions and ultimately promote students＇ development.
