摘要
目的测定泰山野生黄荆不同部位中总黄酮的含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果泰山野生黄荆的叶、茎、果实中总黄酮含量分别为:7.82%、1.41%、4.55%。结论泰山野生黄荆不同部位中总黄酮的含量有明显差异。
Objective： Determination of total flavonoids in different parts of Taishan wild Vitex negundo L.. Method：Determination of the Content of total flavonoids by spectrophotometry. Result： The content of total flavonids in leaf was the highest,in fruit was less than that in leaf,and stem was the least. Conclusion： The difference of total flavonoids content in different parts of Taishan wild Vitex negundo L. was significant.
