摘要
[目的]分析大白刺不同部位中总黄酮的含量。[方法]采用超声法提取总黄酮,以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外-可见分光光度法于500 nm处测定总黄酮的含量。[结果]对照品在0~35.2 mg/L浓度范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=0.018 47C,r=0.999 6(n=5)。大白刺不同部位中总黄酮的的含量分别为:茎0.66%、叶1.24%、花1.43%,平均回收率为97.38%,RSD为2.19%(n=9)。[结论]超声法简便、快速、准确,可用于大白刺中总黄酮的含量测定。
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the content of total flavonoid in diffient parts of Nitraria roborowskii.[Method] Total flavonoid was extracted by using ultrasonic method.With rutin as the control substance,the content of total flavonoid was determined at the wavelength of 500 nm by using UV-visible spectrophotometry.[Result] The concentration of control substance had a good linear relationship with the absorbency in the range of 0-35.2 mg/L.The regression equation was A=0.018 47C,r=0.999 6(n=5).The content of total flavonoid in the stems,leaves,flowers of Nitraria roborowskii were 0.66%,1.24%,1.43% respectively.The average recovery was 97.38%,with RSD of 2.19%(n=9).[Conclusion] Ultrasonic method is simple,rapid,accurate.And it can be used in the content determination of total flavonoid in Nitraria roborowskii.
