HPLC法测定甘黄燥湿洗液中盐酸小檗碱和甘草酸铵的含量 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立HPLC法测定甘黄燥湿洗液中盐酸小檗碱和甘草酸铵的含量测定方法。方法以Kromasil C18为色谱柱,采用两套流动相系统。盐酸小檗碱的流动相为乙腈-0.5%三乙胺水溶液(磷酸调pH3.5)(25∶75),检测波长265 nm;甘草酸铵的流动相为甲醇-0.2 mol.L^-1乙酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(64∶36∶1),检测波长250 nm。结果盐酸小檗碱与甘草酸铵的线性范围分别为9.71-116.52 mg.L^-1(r=0.9 993)和11.15-133.80 mg.L^-1(r=0.9 997);平均回收率分别为99.79%(RSD=1.84%)和100.47%(RSD=1.97%)。结论本法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 Aim To establish an HPLC method for determination of berberine hydrochloride and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Ganhuan Zaoshi Lotion.Method The HPLC was performed on Kromasil C18 column with two mobile phase systems.Berberine hydrochloride was performed with the mobile phase of acetontrile-0.5%triethylamine water solution(pH3.5)(25∶75)and set the UV director at 265nm.Ammonium glycyrrhizinate was performed with the mobile phase of methanol-0.2 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid(64∶36∶1)and set the UV director at 250nm.Results There was a good linear correlation in the range of 9.71~116.52 mg·L-1(r=0.9 993)and 11.15~133.80 mg·L-1(r=0.9 997)for berberine hydrochloride and ammonium glycyrrhizinate.The average recoveries of two index components were 99.79%(RSD =1.84%)and 100.47%(RSD =1.97 %).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and available for the quality control of Ganhuan Zaoshi Lotion.
