摘要
目的研究保胎无忧片的质量标准，建立其中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用Hypersil ODS2（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）为色谱柱，甲醇-水（72：28）为流动相，检测波长为294nm。结果厚朴酚的线性范围为0．051-1．015μg，平均加样回收率为99．1％，RSD为0．74％；和厚朴酚的线性范围为0．010-0．208μg，平均加样回收率为98．0％，RSD为0．72％。结论本法简便、准确、灵敏可靠，可用于保胎无忧片的质量控制。
Objective To study the quality standard of Baotaiwuyou Tablets and establish a HPLC method for the content determination of magnolol and honokiol. Method The determination was carried out on a Hypersil ODS2 column （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm）, the mobile phase was methanol - water （72：28）, and the detection wavelength was 294 nm. Results The result showed that magnolol had a good linear relationship in concentrations between 0. 050 75 - 1. 015 p.g with an average recovery of 99. 1% （ RSD = 0.74% ）, while honokiol had a good linear relationship in concentrations between 0.010 42 - 0. 208 4μg with an average recovery of 98.0% （ RSD = 0.72% ）. Conclusion The method is easy, accurate, sensitive and reliable, which can be used for quality control of Baotaiwuyou Tablets.
