摘要
目的探讨普通肝素对感染性休克患者血清降钙素原及高敏C反应蛋白表达的影响及临床意义。方法选取该院收治的感染性休克患者60例,随机分为对照组和普通肝素治疗组,每组30例,对照组给予常规抗休克治疗,普通肝素治疗组在常规抗休克治疗的基础上给予普通肝素治疗,治疗1周内动态监测两组患者血清降钙素原及高敏C反应蛋白的变化。结果对照组治疗后第1和3天血清降钙素原及高敏C反应蛋白逐渐升高(P<0.05),治疗后第7天血清降钙素原、高敏C反应蛋白恢复到治疗后第1天水平(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,普通肝素治疗组治疗前血清降钙素原及高敏C反应蛋白无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),普通肝素治疗组于治疗后第1、3和7天血清降钙素原及高敏C反应蛋白逐渐下降,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时肝素治疗组治疗后第1、3和7天血清降钙素原及高敏C反应蛋白低于期治疗前水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普通肝素能有效降低感染性休克患者血清降钙素原及高敏C反应蛋白,改善感染性休克患者的预后。
【Objective】 To investigate the effect of ordinary heparin on serum procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and its clinical significance in septic shock patients. 【Methods】 Clinical data of60 patients with septic shock in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n = 30) and ordinary heparin treatment group(n = 30). The control group was given conventional anti-shock treatment while the ordinary heparin treatment group was given ordinary heparin therapy in addition to the routine anti-shock treatment. The serum levels of procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were dynamically monitored in both groups during the 1st week. 【Results】 In the control group, serum procalcitonin and highsensitivity C-reactive protein gradually increased on the 1st and 3rd day of treatment(P 〈 0.05), and retuned to the levels of the 1st day on the 7th day(P 〉 0.05). Compared with the control group, serum procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein of the ordinary heparin treatment group had no statistical changes before treatment(P 〉 0.05), but gradually declined on the 1st, 3rd and 7th day after treatment which were significantly lower than those of the control group(P 〈 0.05) and those before treatment(P 〈 0.05).【Conclusion】The ordinary heparin may effectively reduce serum procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and improve the prognosis in patients with septic shock.
