摘要
观察微血栓大鼠及其在用不同分子量肝素治疗后的血浆内皮素变化。结果显示,微血栓对照组 ET明显高于正常对照组(n= 6,p<0.05)消低分子量肝素治疗后的微血栓大鼠ET明显下降,接近正常对照组,与未治微血栓对照组比较有明显差异(n=6,p < 0.05);而普通肝素治疗组 ET下降不明显(n= 6,p>0.05);FT与微血栓K值呈相反关系,即K值越小,ET值越高。 结果提示,ET增高也是微血栓引起心血管损害的又一重要原因;实验结果还为临床防治血栓栓塞性疾病、防止血栓形成和扩大的用药选择提供了一个新的途径。
Objective To observe the change of content of plasma endothelin (ET) in rat with microthrombi and after intravenous injection of low moleculat heperin (LMH) or heperin. Method Twenty-four rats were divided into four groups at random. The mesentery circulation of each group was observed after the latest injection and the K value of microthrmbus were calculated. The content of plasma ET were measured by the radioimmunoassay. Result The content (153.78±17. 22ng/L) of plasma ET in HMD group was more siginificantly increased than that (123. 10±10. 48ng/L) of control group (p < 0. 05) ; after the treatment of LMH. the content (128±26. 52ng/L) of ET in plasma was obviously decreased (p < 0. 05) and it approched to that of control , but the content (1 4 1. 87 ±59. 11ng/L ) of ET was not remarkably decreased after the treatment of heperin (p > 0.05). Conclusion The elevation of ET in plasma was one of the important factors which caused cardiovascular impairment. A new method of therapy, by intravenous injection of LMH, was provided for the patients with microthrombi.
