摘要
目的:探讨高强度间歇训练(High Intensity Interval Training,HIIT)对业余运动员运动耐量的影响。方法:选取符合条件入选的36名业余运动员志愿者(年龄:19.4±1.3岁)作为研究对象,采取分层抽样的方式将其随机分成高强度间歇训练组(HIIT组)、中强度持续训练组(MICT组)和对照组,每组各12例,分别对其实施为期3周高强度间歇运动平板训练(HIIT组)、3周中强度间歇运动平板训练(MICT组)和不进行任何的运动训练(对照组)。观察比较训练前后和各组之间运动总时间和运动耐量的变化情况。结果:HIIT组训练前后运动总时间和运动耐量都有明显的增加(P<0.05),训练后与MICT组和对照组运动总时间和运动耐量的比较差异也具有显著性(P<0.05)。MICT组训练后与对照组运动总时间和运动耐量并无显著性增加(P>0.05)。结论:业余运动员在HIIT中比MICT更能有效提高运动耐量,提示HIIT优于MICT。
[Objective]To investigate the effects of high-intensity interval training on exercise capacity of amateur athletes compared with moderate intensity continuous exercise training. [Methods]: 36 amateur athletes were enrolled (age 19.4~1.3 years). They were randomized to 3 groups: high intensity inter-mittent training group (HIIT, n=12), moderate intensity continuous training group (MICT, n= 12) and no training control group (n=12). The trainings were performed within 3 weeks with 1-2d rest between sessions. The exercise capacity (METs) and the total exercise time (s) were measured by exercise test and analyzed. [Resultsl: In HIIT group, the exercise capacity increased significantly and the total exercise time prolonged (P〈0.05) after training. The differences compared with MICT group or control group were significantly. But in MICT group, the exercise capacity and the total exercise time were not significantly different compared with control group. [Conclusions]: High intensity intermittent training can increase the exercise canacitv of amateur athletes which nromnted that HIIT might be more tolerable than MICT.
