摘要 对田径运动员强度训练与心肌损伤关系建模,可以将运动损伤降低到最低点,是实现现代体育竞技的重要前提。进行强度训练与心肌损伤关系建模时,需要提取心肌功能相关的8项生化指标,并利用运动员在强度训练时各个指标状态间的关联性建立强度田径运动员强度训练与心肌损伤关系模型,而传统方法只是获取运动员在训练前后的肌酸激酶变化一个指标,利用上述指标进行关系建模,存在建模误差大的问题。提出基于改进条件概率约束的田径运动员强度训练与心肌损伤关系优化建模方法。先依据稀疏特征表达算法建立运田径运动员强度训练时的生化生理机制模型,提取运动员在训练对肌肉收缩的能源供应的磷酸原供能和糖酵解供能的变化特征,得到田径运动员强度训练后与心肌功能相关的8项生化指标,依据对8项指标性能指标关系的测度和运动员在大强度训练时各个指标状态间的关联性建立了精确的田径运动员强度训练与心肌损伤关系模型。仿真结果证明,田径运动员强度训练与心肌损伤优化建模可以为运动员优化训练提供科学依据。 An optimization model for the relationship between strength training and myocardial injury of track and field athletes is proposed based on improved conditional probability constraint.First,according to the characteristics of sparse expression algorithm,the physiological and biochemical mechanism model of the strength training for athletes is established,and athletes' variations muscle contraction of energy supply of phosphate raw for energy and sugar fermentation solution in training is extracted to get 8 biochemical indexes related to the myocardial function after strength training of track and field athletes.According to the relationship between the performance indexes of the 8 indexes and the state of the athletes in the high intensity training,the relationship model between strength training and myocardial injury of athletes is established.The simulation results show that the proposed model can provide a scientific basis for optimizing the training of athletes.
