摘要
目的 了解手术室医务人员发生职业暴露的原因,制订合理的防范措施,预防和减少职业暴露的发生。方法以调查问卷和查询职业暴露登记表及现场咨询的方法,回顾性分析2013年1月~2014年12月手术室医务人员职业暴露的原因、操作环节、暴露后的处理情况及防范措施。结果 共发生职业暴露的28人,其中手术室护士18人（64.29%）,手术医生7人（25.00%）,麻醉医生1人（3.57%）,手术室护工2人（7.14%）;职业暴露环节中以术中传递器械和血液、体液的喷溅为主,分别占28.57%、21.43%;职业暴露方式中以锐器伤为主,占82.14%;暴露后均能正确处理伤口,28人职业暴露无一人发生感染。结论 手术室医务人员缺乏对职业暴露的防范意识,应加强手术室医务人员的职业安全防护培训,规范参加手术人员的操作,建立健全职业暴露报告管理制度,提高医务人员的职业安全意识。
Objective To understand the reasons of occupational exposure occurrence in operating room medical staff, and formulate reasonable precautionary measures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure, Methods Query questionnaire,query occupational exposure registration form and on-the-spot counseling were used as the methods.Reasons of occupational exposure,operation procedure,disposal situation after axposure and preventive measures of operating room medical staff from January 2013 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 28 cases occurred occupational exposure,among them,18 cases （64.29%） were nurses,7 cases （25.00%） were doctors,1 case （3.57%） was anesthetist and 2 cases （7.14%） were nursing workers.The primarily exposure were intraoperative transfer e- quipment and spillage of blood and body fluids with 28.57% and 21.43%.Among exposure occurrence,sharp injury was the primary exposure and accounted for 82.14%.All could deal well with the wound after exposure and no body oc- curred infection among the 28 cases. Conclusion Operating room medical staff lack of prevention awareness of occupa- tional exposure,and occupational safety protection training should be strengthen in operating room medical staff, stan- dardized the operation of attending operation personnel and establish and perfect the report management system of oc- cupational exposure to improve the medical medical staff occupational safety consciousness.
