摘要
目的:分析医务人员结膜职业暴露的特点。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对郑州大学第一附属医院2017年1月至2019年12月发生的63例结膜职业暴露情况进行分析。结果:护士、医生是发生结膜职业暴露的主要人群,分别占55.56%(35/63)和41.27%(26/63);工作年限不超过5年的医务人员结膜暴露最多,占69.84%(44/63);手术室、普通病房及重症监护病房是医务人员结膜暴露的主要场所,分别占47.62%(30/63)、28.57%(18/63)及9.52%(6/63);手术操作、拔针、气道管理操作、更换引流管(袋)及指尖测血糖是结膜暴露的主要时机,分别占47.62%(30/63)、11.11%(7/63)、7.94%(5/63)、7.94%(5/63)及6.35%(4/63);乙型肝炎病毒是医务人员结膜职业暴露的主要暴露源,占38.09%(24/63)。结论:医护人员、低年限、手术操作是医务人员结膜职业暴露的高危因素,强化教育培训,落实标准预防措施可降低医务人员结膜职业暴露的发生率。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of conjunctival occupational exposure of medical personnel.Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted to analyze 63 cases of conjunctival occupational exposure from Jan.2017 to Dec.2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Results Nurses and doctors were the main group with conjunctival exposure,accounting for 55.56%(35/63)and 41.27%(26/63)respectively.The medical personnel with less than 5 years of working seniority had the highest rate of conjunctival exposure accounting for 69.84%(44/63).Operating room,general ward,and intensive care unit(ICU)was the main site of conjunctival exposure of medical personnel,accounting for 47.62%(30/63),28.57%(18/63)and 9.52%(6/63)respectively.Surgical operation,needle extraction,airway management,replacement of drainage tube(bag),fingertip blood glucose measurement were the main time of conjunctival exposure,accounting for 47.62%(30/63),11.11%(7/63),7.94%(5/63),7.94%(5/63)and 6.35%(4/63).Hepatitis B virus was the main source of conjunctival occupational exposure of medical staff,accounting for 38.09%(24/63).Conclusion The medical staff,low working seniority and operation are high risk factor of occupational exposure to ocular conjunctiva of medical staff.Strengthening education and training,implement standard preventive measures,can reduce the incidence of occupational exposure to ocular conjunctiva of medical staff.
