摘要
以宣木瓜饮片为原料,以多糖得率为考察指标,采用超高压技术提取宣木瓜多糖,在单因素基础上,通过响应面法对提取的工艺条件进行优化。结果显示,最佳提取工艺条件为:提取压力为313 MPa,提取温度为35.0℃,提取时间为5.3 min,料液比为1∶30,此条件下宣木瓜粗多糖提取得率为6.22%。体外抗氧化活性实验结果显示,宣木瓜粗多糖对DPPH、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子具有清除能力,且清除能力与多糖有明显的量效关系。
Using cuts of Chaenomeles speciosa as raw material,the content of polysaccharide was determined by ultrahigh pressure technology.On the basis of single factors tests,the process conditions were optimized by the response surface methodology(RSM).And then,the antioxidation activity of the polysaecharide was determined.The results showed that the established optimum technological parameters were ultrahigh pressure 310 MPa,dwell temperature 35 ℃,dwell time 5.3 min,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 30.The yield of polysaeeharide was 6.22% under the optimal conditions.The antioxidation study was shown that polysaccharide of Chaenomeles speciosa could clear up DPPH,·OH and O-2·.There was a significant dose effect relationship by the scavenging capability and the concentrations.
