摘要
基于绿色经济理论,提出生态工业园区绿色发展水平的内涵.从经济发展、生态环境保护、生态工业链建设及绿色管理4个方面综合考虑,建立了生态工业园区绿色发展综合评价指标体系.以福州经济技术开发区为例,利用熵权系数法客观地确定指标权重.利用综合指数法进行园区绿色发展水平综合评价,从中识别和分析开发区在"十一五"期间经济发展、环境保护、管理等方面存在的问题,并给予针对性建议.
Based on green economy, the meaning of green development of eco-industrial parks was determined. Then managing four aspects to consider all the factors from the economic development, ecological environmental protection, ec- ological industry chain construction and green management, the index system for evaluating EIPs green-comprehensive de- velopment level was constructed. Taking Fuzhou economic and technological development zone （ETDZ） as the research area, it used the entropy weight to give the weight to each indicator, and utilized the composite index method to appraise the development status of the period of the Eleventh Five-Year period. At last, it distinguished the problems for Fuzhou development zone from economy development, environment protection and management aspects.
