电动汽车减速器振动分析与拓扑优化 被引量:5

摘要 以某电动汽车减速器为研究对象,在ADAMS中进行减速器二级齿轮传动动力学仿真,得到轴承座处动态载荷;建立减速器箱体有限元模型并进行模态分析,得到其固有频率与振型;将激励加载到有限元模型中,进行模态频率响应分析,并对箱体进行拓扑优化,研究结果表明,优化后箱体表面振动响应幅值明显降低。 According to an electric automotive gearbox,the dynamics simulation of the reducer two-stage gear transmission is established in ADAMS and the dynamic loads of bearing seat are obtained.The finite element model( FEM) of gearbox housing is established,the nature frequency and vibration mode are obtained through the analysis of the modal.The data are loaded into the finite element model and the modal frequency response analysis is carried out.Then,the topology optimization of gearbox housing is conducted,the results show that the vibration response amplitudes are significantly reduced.
