摘要
通过对某汽车后桥减速器壳体加工工艺性分析,以"先面后孔、粗精分开"原则确定了加工方案,从工艺性分析、加工方案确定、传统加工工艺与高速加工技术对比分析及高速切削加工优势分析等方面进行了叙述,并在实践中验证了其切削参数合理性、工艺过程正确性,加工效率得到了大幅度提高,已成为某企业汽车后桥减速器壳体加工工艺典范,值得在汽车后桥减速器壳体加工中推广应用。
Through an analysis to the processing technology of automobile rear axle reducer shell,this article determined the processing scheme on the basis of 'plane first,hole after and separated the coarse from the fine' principle,and narrative it from the following aspects such as technology analysis,processing scheme ascertain,comparative analysis of traditional processing technology and high speed processing technology. And both its cutting parameters and technology process' s rightness were verified rationality in practice,it has greatly improved the processing efficiency,and become an enterprise model in the field of automotive rear axle reducer shell processing technology. And it is worth popularizing and applying in the automobile rear axle reducer shell processing.
