摘要
以增程式电动汽车搭载的变速器为研究对象,采用CATIA软件建立变速器壳体的三维模型,并利用HYPERMESH软件建立壳体的有限元模型,通过ABAQUS软件计算变速器壳体的前10阶模态,得到变速器壳体在各阶频率下的固有频率和模态振型。经计算分析表明,该变速器壳体各阶固有频率均在传动系统共振区之外,说明该变速器壳体满足动态特性要求,进而表明该模态分析合理。
In this paper, we use transmission of a range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) as the research object and construct a 3D model of the transmission housing with CATIA, and then establish a FE model of the housing with HYPERMESH. With software ABAQUS to calculate the first 10-order modes of the transmission housing, we obtain its inherent frequencies and modal shape. The analysis results show that the inherent frequencies of all of the orders of the transmission housing fall out of the resonance region of the driveline, indicating that the transmission housing satisfy requirement of dynamic properties, thus proving this modal analysis is reasonable.
