关于无油工艺螺杆压缩机实际吸气量的研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对螺杆压缩机气缸内泄漏及轴封结构对实际吸气量影响很大的问题,搭建了无油工艺螺杆压缩机性能测试实验台,并在压缩机性能测试实验台上,进行了变排气压力、变喷液量和变转速实验,得到了排气压力、喷液量以及转速对平衡管回流量、气缸内泄漏以及吸气量的影响关系曲线。研究结果表明:一般情况下,随着喷液量的增加,吸气量先快速增加后趋近于一个定值;随着排气压力的增加,压缩机的吸气量减小;随着转速的增加,压缩机的吸气量增加。该结果为合理设计压缩机转速、喷液量提供指导。 The internal leakage in cylinder and shaft seal system design has a significant impact on the suction flow rate of the oil-free screw compressor. A test rig was built to measure the exhaust pressure, liquid injection flow rate, rotating rate, backflow rate of balance pipe, internal leakage flow rate to suction and suction flow rate, in order to investigate the change role between them. The results showed that, with increase of liquid injection flow rate, the suction flow rate increased fast firstly and then increased to a con- stant value, with the increase of discharge pressure, the suction flow rate of compressor reduced, and with the increase of rotating rate, the suction flow rate of compressor increased. The results provide the guidance for rational designing liquid injection flow rate and rotating rate properly.
