摘要
GB 19153-2009规定的一级能效限定值进行分析,计算空压机主机绝热效率,寻找其变化趋势,并对比单级压缩与双级压缩的计算结果,给出机组功率与单、双级选择的判定依据。同时,文中还对进气温度与级间冷却效果对计算的影响,以及双级压缩中间压力的实际确定进行数据分析。
This paper conducts analysis on the limited values of energy efficiency which is set by national standard GB 19153-2009 about first-class efficiency.Trend of air compressors'isentropic efficiency is illustrated through calculation.Then results contrast of sin- gle-stage and two-stage screw compressors is conducted,aiming to set a criterion for such choices.On the other,this paper also inves- tigates the influence of inflow temperature and inter-cooler performance on the results of calculation,while a method for setting the inter-pressure of two-stage compressors is practically analyzed as well.
