摘要
分析了露天矿运输作业中,车辆发生碰撞的隐患根源;介绍了多功能防撞终端的主要功能,以及如何在防止车辆事故发生的过程中发挥作用;介绍了卡车防撞预警系统、影像监测系统、疲劳驾驶预警、车辆超速管理等几大主要功能;同时也介绍了高程传感器在车辆定位中的应用;介绍了采用虚拟预警仪采集超速和预警数据;分析了车辆超速确立的原则,以此对各类车辆实施超速管理制度,使得无论是重型卡车,还是轻型指挥车都有严格的安全防范措施,为露天矿的安全生产起到保驾护航的作用。
In this paper, we analyze the source of hidden trouble in open -pit transportation operation that is the vehicle collision hazard source. The main functions of the multi - function anti - collision terminal are introduced, and how to play a role in preventing the vehicle accident happened. Truck collision avoidance warning system, video monitoring system fatigue driving early warning, vehicle speed management and other major function are introduced. At the same time, we also introduce the application of level sensor in the vehicle positioning. Virtual warning apparatus are described by data acquisition speed and early warning, also analyzed the principle to determine the vehicle speed. So for all kinds of vehicles speed management system, making both heavy trucks, and light command ve- hicle has strict safety precautions, escort for the safety production of open - pit mine.
