摘要
针对煤矿电机车运输中存在不利因素和安全隐患,设计了基于超声波原理的电机车防撞预警系统。该系统以AT89C52单片机为核心控制部件,包括测距模块、测速模块、显示模块和报警模块等;采用超声波测距传感器测量距离,采用增量式旋转编码器进行速度测量,通过读取超声波模块和编码器中的距离和速度数据,采用C语言编程实现报警停车的功能,保证车辆和人员安全,对煤矿安全生产有着重要的意义。
In view of adverse factors and potential safety problems in presence of coal mine electriclocomotive transport, the Anti-collision warning system of electric locomotive based on principle of ultrasonic was designed. The system took the AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer as core control components, and included ranging module, test module, display module and alarm module. Using ultrasonic ranging sensor for measuring distance, using incremental rotary encoder for speed measurement, and by reading distance and velocity data in ultrasonic module and a coding device and using C language personnel and has programming to achieve alarm stop function, the system ensures safety of vehicle and important significance for production safety of coal mine.
