摘要
采用硫酸-盐酸-硝酸混合酸溶解试样,标准物质为参照,用电感耦合等离子体发生光谱法同时测定生铁中的硅、锰、磷、铬、镍、铜、钛含量,结果表明,该方法的测定值与标准值吻合,方法简便快捷,精密度和准确度较高,可为企业质检提供参考,用于指导生产。
ICP-AES method was used to determine the content of silicon , manganese, phosphorus, chromium, nickel, copper and titanium in cast ion, after the sample was dissolved by H2SO4-HC1-HNO3 mix acid, the standard material was applied as the control. The results showed that the determination values were accordance with the standard values. It indicates that the ICP-AES method can provide a reference for enterprise quality control and used to guide production, due to its simple operation process, but high precision and accuracy.
