电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定生铁中硅锰磷砷锑锡 被引量:8

摘要 本文研究了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定生铁中常量元素磷、锰、硅及痕量元素砷、锑、锡。用盐酸-硝酸混合酸溶解试样,选择了各元素的合适分析谱线,在最佳工作条件下,测得磷、锰、硅、砷、锑、锡的检出限分别为0.0042%、0.0003%、0.0009%、0.0024%、0.0033%、0.0021%,相对标准偏差(n=10):常量元素磷、锰、硅及痕量元素砷的RSD小于2%,痕量元素锑和锡的RSD小于10%。本方法用标准物质进行测定,测定结果与认定值吻合。 An inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) for simultaneous determination of constant elements P,Mn,Si, and trace elements As,Sb,Sn in pig iron or steel was developed. The sample was dissolved with the mixture of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. The appropriate analytical lines of elements were chosen .It demonstrated that under the optimal condition, the detection limits were 0.0042% for P,0.0003% for Mn,0.0009% for Si,0.0024%for As,0.0033%for Sb, 0.0021% for Sn. The relative standard deviation (RSD% n=10) of the method was less than 2% for constants elements P, Mn,Si and trace elements As,and less than 10% for trace elements Sb,Sn. This method was tested by standard reference substances and the determination results were in agreement with the certified values.
