摘要
污泥废料中铬含量很低,通常采用分光光度法测定铬的含量,该方法操作繁杂,周期较长。使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定污泥废料中的铬,快速高效。采用硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸溶解样品,选择Cr267.716nm波长的光谱线作为铬的分析线。在选择最佳实验条件下测定,污泥废料中硅、碳和铁等杂质元素对测定无干扰。铬的质量分数在5.00~100.00mg/kg范围内,元素质量分数与对应的发射强度呈线性,校准曲线线性相关系数大于0.999 5,方法中铬元素检出限为8.00mg/kg(质量分数)。本法用于实际样品分析,结果和二苯基碳酰二肼光度法测定的结果基本一致,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在4.50%~8.50%之间。
The chromium content in sludge waste was very low.The content of chromium was usually determined by spectrophotometry.The operation was complex and the analytical period was very long.Determinatiom of chromium in sludge by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICPAES)was fast and efficient.The sample was dissolved by using nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid.The spectral line of Cr267.716 nm was selected as the analysis line of chromium.Under the optimum conditions,the impurity elements such as silicon、carbon and iron in the sludge waste had no interference.When the mass fraction of chromium was in range of 5.00~100.00 mg/kg,the mass concentration showed good li--nerty to the corresponding emission intensity.The linear correlation coefficients of colibration curves were higher than 0.999 5.The detection limit of chromium in this method was 8.00 mg/kg(mass fraction).The proposed method was applied to the analysis of actual samples,and the found-results were consistent with those obtained by diphenylcarbonyl hydrazine photometric method.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6)of determination results were between 4.50%and 8.50%.
