摘要
目的调查护士组织公平感对工作投入的影响。方法采用一般资料调查表、组织公平感量表、工作投入量表对106名护士进行调查,将所得资料进行统计学分析。结果年龄是护士组织公平感的影响因素,奉献的相关性最大(r=0.40),提示护士的分配公平感越差,其工作投入中奉献的程度越低。在控制了人口学变量的影响因素后,组织公平能独立影响护士工作投入的总变异的12.1%。结论组织公平感影响护士工作的投入,创建合理公正的组织环境有利促进护士工作投入。
Objective To investigate the impact of organizational justice on nurses'work engagement. Methods Totally, 106 nurses were investigated u- sing general information scale,perceived organizational justice questionnaire and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Results Age was the influencing factor of nurses' organizational justice. Distributive justice was the most relevant factor to work engagement (r = 0.40 ) , which indicated the worse distributive jus- tice could bring lower work engagement of nurses. About 12.1% of work engagement could be explained by organizational justice after controlling the influencing factors of demographic variables. Conclusion Organizational justice has significant impact on nurses" work engagement. It is suggested to establish reasonable and notarial organizational environment to improve work engagement of nurses.
