灰毡毛忍冬顶枯病病原菌的分子鉴定 被引量:9

摘要 为探明引起灰毡毛忍冬顶枯病的病原菌,为该病的防治奠定病原学基础,采集六枝特区灰毡毛忍冬顶枯病标本,运用多基因分子系统学结合形态学方法对分离菌进行了鉴定。结果表明:引起六枝特区灰毡毛忍冬顶枯病的病原菌为葡萄座腔菌科Neofusicoccum parvum(Pennycook&Samuels)Crous,Slippers&A.J.L.Phillips和Botryosphaeria dothidea(Moug.:Fr.)Ces.&De Not.。 The fungus isolated from dieback samples of Lonicera macranthoides collected from Liuzhi Special District were identified by multigenes molecular systemtics to ascertain pathogenic fungi causing dieback of Lonicera macranthoides and lay the pathogenic foundation for control of dieback in Lonicera macranthoides. The rusults showed that the pathogenic fungi causing dieback of Lonicera macranthoides in Liuzhi Special District were identified as Neofusicoccum parvum( Pennycook Samuels) Crous,Slippers A. J. L. Phillips and Botryosphaeria dothidea( Moug. : Fr.) Ces. De Not.
