摘要
为探讨干旱胁迫对辣椒种子萌发的影响,选取15个辣椒材料,用不同浓度的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,研究不同处理条件下种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数及胚根长的变化。结果表明,分别有7个材料的发芽势、5个材料的发芽率、8个材料的发芽指数及5个材料的胚根长度随胁迫加剧呈现先升后降的趋势;212品系的种子发芽势、杂92品种的发芽率、杂92和8012及8024的胚根长度呈下降趋势,说明轻度干旱胁迫对某些辣椒种子的萌发有一定促进作用,而对另一些材料则存在抑制作用。
The seeds of 15 pepper treated by different PEG- 6000 concentration, and study the effects of drought stress on seed germination in pepper. The results showed that the germination energy of 7 pepper, germination percentage of 5 pepper, germination index of 8 pepper and radicle length of 5 pepper increasing by PEG treatment concentration first, and then decreased. The germination energy of 212, germination percentage of ZA92, radicle length of ZA92, 8012, 8024 decreased with the aggravation of simulated drought degree.
