摘要
为了解文山地区3个常见辣椒品种在干旱胁迫条件下的种子萌发特性及抗旱性强弱,用PEG模拟干旱胁迫环境,将种子培养在培养皿中,测定其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及其幼苗生长状态。结果显示,总体上随着干旱程度的增加,种子萌发和幼苗生长受到抑制,而“强龙”和“紫杆美早佳”两个品种在低浓度胁迫时,其萌发特性被促进。对其进行隶属函数分析,其耐旱性结果为:低浓度干旱时“紫杆美早佳”表现较好,中度干旱时“强龙”表现较好,高度干旱时“长辣香妃”表现较好。总体上抗旱强弱顺序为:“强龙”>“紫杆美早佳”>“长辣香妃”。
In order to understand the seed germination characteristics and drought resistance of three common capsicum varieties in Wenshan area under drought stress,PEG is used to simulate the environment of drought stress,the seeds were cultured in a dish,and their germination rate,germination potential,germination index and seedling growth state were measured.The results show that seed germination and seedling growth were inhibited with the increase of drought degree,while the germination characteristics of“Qianglong”and“Zigangmeizaojia”were promoted under low concentration stress.According to the analysis of membership function,the result of drought resistance is that“Zigangmeizaojia”is better in low concentration drought,“Qianglong”is better in moderate drought,and“Changla-Xiangfei”is better in high drought.On the whole,the order of drought resistance is:“Qianglong”>“Zigangmeizaojia”>“Changla-Xiangfei”.
