摘要
为综合评价西瓜种质资源的耐旱性,采用盆栽控水法对9份西瓜种质进行持续干旱胁迫,研究了干旱胁迫对种质幼苗生长、生理指标的影响,并利用旱害指数与隶属函数法综合评价参试材料耐旱性强弱。结果表明:干旱胁迫可普遍降低植株的株高、鲜质量、干物质积累及根冠比等生长指标,同时干旱胁迫后西瓜幼苗的相对电导率(REC)、脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性普遍增加,而相对于含量显著增加的丙二醛(MDA),可溶性蛋白却不同程度地降低。进一步基于旱害指数和隶属函数值进行聚类分析,筛选出高抗旱种质2份(‘M20’和‘ZTC’),敏感种质1份(‘Y34’)。
In order to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistant watermelon germplasms,nine watermelon accessions grown in pots were treated with continuous drought stress,which were then used to study the drought effects on growth index and physiological indicators.The drought tolerance was comprehensively confirmed via drought damage and membership function evaluation method.Results showed that drought could reduce plant height,fresh and dry matter accumulation,and root/shoot ratio.Moreover,drought stress could induce the relative electrical conductivity,proline content,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT).Compared to significantly increased malondialdehyde(MDA),the soluble protein content was reduced in different degrees among genotypes.Furthermore,two drought-resistant germplasms(‘M20’and‘ZTC’)and one drought-susceptible germplasm(‘Y34’)were finally screended.
