摘要
现有液力耦合器是通过油液动量矩的循环变化来实现动力传递,其功率的传递必须依赖于转差率,这种以功率损失为前提的传动元件有着一定的改良空间。针对这点问题,借鉴液压传动的优点,基于叶片泵的结构提出了一种新型叶片式静液压耦合器,并对该耦合器的结构组成、工作原理、特点进行了分析,理论上证明了叶片式静液压耦合器具有尺寸小、重量轻、结构紧凑的特点,可实现空载启动、过载保护和吸收冲击等功能,是一种创新的传动方式,具有很高的工程应用价值和广阔的应用前景。
Hydraulic coupling is through the oil liquid momentum cycle changes to realize power transmission. The power transfer must be dependent on the revolutional slip, the transmission element based on the power loss has certain space for improvement. In view of this problem,learn from the advantages of hydraulic transmission, a new type of vane type hydrostatic coupler is invented. The structure composition,operating principle and the features of the coupler are analyzed. Finally proved it is small in size, light weight, compact structure. It can realize no-load starting, overload protection, and to absorb shock, and other functions. It is an innovative way of transmission,has the very high application value and broad application prospects.
