YJ19B卷烟机风室升降机构的改进

摘要 鉴于YJ19B卷烟机靠手油泵升降风室,费力且耗时,还会漏油污染烟丝,根据风室升降特点,对风室升降机构进行改进,将风室升降机构的动力源由手油泵改为气缸,增加连杆机构,并设计安全联锁保护气路,实现了风室升降的自动化,克服了手油泵漏油的缺点,提高了生产效率. YJ19B cigarette making machine relies on the manual fuel pump to lift the suction. It costs time and effort. In some cases, the manual fuel pump would leak oil and pollute cut tobacco. According to the feature of suction, the lift mechanism is improved to lift suction by air cylinder to take place of the manual fuel pump. The linkage and the safety interlocking gas circuit are designed. These realize automation of lifting suction, enhance production efficiency, and avoid the lack of manual fuel pump.
