摘要
配流盘是柱塞泵用来隔离和分配吸油和压油的重要零件,它同时承受着由高速旋转的缸体传递而来的较大轴向载荷。不同结构形式的配流盘主要均由内、外密封带处的液压支承力和压油窗口的液压支承力来平衡来自缸体的轴向载荷。因此,通过调整配流盘内、外密封带内外半径比和腰形槽宽度来改变配流盘的支承面积,可以改善配流盘的润滑状况。通过对配流盘的内、外密封带的半径比和腰型槽宽度进行参数化研究,利用MATLAB和Mathematic讨论了两参数对油膜厚度的影响,得出了该配流盘的优化结构参数,达到了改善配流盘润滑状况的目的。
The valve plate is the important parts of the piston pump used to isolate and distribute the oil suction and the oil pressure, and it also bears the larger axial load passed by the high speed rotation of the cylinder. Valve plates with different structures mainly depend on the hydraulic support forces from the interior sealing belt, the out- er sealing belt and the oil window to balance the axial load from the cylinder. Thus, when the radius ratio of the in- terior and outer sealing belt and the waist-slot width are adjusted to change the valve plate bearing area, the lubri- cating properties of the valve plate can be improved. The interior and outer sealing belt radius ratio and the waist- slot width of a certain type of valve plate are parameterized to discuss their influences on the film thickness by MAT-LAB and Mathematic. The results show that the optimized structural parameters of the valve plate can improve the lubrication conditions of the valve plate.
