摘要
目的:探究分析常规治疗辅以运动康复训练在慢性心力衰竭患者临床治疗中对其血浆BNP及醛固酮水平的影响。方法:随机选取2013年12月-2014年12月期间在我院接受治疗的107例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,并将其分为实验组53例和对照组54例,另取50例心功能正常的健康体检者作为空白组,其中对照组患者采用常规临床治疗,实验组患者在接受常规治疗的基础上再增加运动康复训练,空白组不做任何干预措施,对比实验组患者和对照组患者治疗前后血浆BNP和醛固酮水平的变化情况,并分析其临床疗效。结果:实验组和对照组心力衰竭患者的血浆BNP和醛固酮水平与其心力衰竭程度呈负相关性;经过治疗后,两组心力衰竭患者的血浆BNP和醛固酮水平均有所下降,但是实验组患者临床总有效率(86.8%)明显优于对照组(66.7%),两组对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P〈005)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上辅以运动康复训练治疗后其血浆BNP和醛固酮水平明显下降,具有显著的治疗效果。
Objective: To explore the analysis of conventional treatments by exercise rehabilitation training in patients with chronic heart failure in clinical treatment of the plasma BNP and the influence of aldosterone levels.Methods:Randomly selected from December 2013 to December 2013 treated in our hospital during the period of 107 patients with chronic heart failure as the research object, and it is divided into the experimental group of 53 cases of 54 cases and control group, the other 50 cases of cardiac function in normal physical examination as blank group, the control group were treated by routine clinical treatment, the experimental group on the basis of conventional therapy in patients with more exercise rehabilitation training, blank group without any intervention, compare the experimental group and control group in patients before and after treatment plasma BNP and changes in the level of aldosterone, and analyze its clinical efficacy. Results: The experimental group and control group in patients with heart failure of plasma BNP and aldosterone levels showed a negative correlation with heart failure; After treatment, two groups of patients with heart failure of plasma BNP and aldosterone levels are decreased, but the experimental group patients clinical total effective rate(86.8%) was better than control group(66.7%), significant difference comparing the two groups, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of conventional treatment of patients with chronic heart failure with exercise rehabilitation training after the treatment of plasma BNP and aldosterone level declined obviously, has significant therapeutic effect.
