摘要
目的探究以运动锻炼为核心的家庭心脏康复治疗在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果.方法选择2018年8月—2020年8月该院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者104例,按随机数字表法分为对照组52例和观察组52例.对照组实施不包含运动的常规家庭心脏康复治疗,观察组在此基础上实施以运动锻炼为核心的家庭心脏康复治疗.比较两组干预前后心肺功能、运动耐力及生活质量.结果两组干预前心肺功能、运动耐力及生活质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,与对照组相比,观察组峰值摄氧量、峰值功率、无氧域、左心室射血分数均较高,左心室舒张末期内径较短,6 min步行距离较长,明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷表评分较低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论以运动锻炼为核心的家庭心脏康复治疗能够增强慢性心力衰竭患者的心肺功能,提高其运动耐力及生活质量.
Objective To explore the application effect of home cardiac rehabilitation treatment with exercise as the core in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From August 2018 to August 2020,104 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into 52 cases in the control group and 52 cases in the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group performed conventional home cardiac rehabilitation treatment without exercise,and the observation group performed home cardiac rehabilitation treatment with exercise as the core on this basis.The cardiopulmonary function,exercise endurance and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of cardiopulmonary function,exercise endurance and quality of life before intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had higher peak oxygen uptake,peak power,anaerobic domain,and left ventricular ejection fraction,the left ventricular end diastolic dimension was shorter,the 6 minute walking test was longer,Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire score was lower,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Home cardiac rehabilitation treatment with exercise as the core can enhance the cardiopulmonary function of patients with chronic heart failure,improve their exercise endurance and quality of life.
