摘要 通过分析斜齿轮啮合过程,提出一种斜齿轮啮合线位置及长度的计算方法。通过数值仿真研究了斜齿轮啮合线位置及长度的时变规律。以某车辆变速器斜齿轮传动系统为例,确定了输入、输出轴斜齿轮副的啮合线位置,计算了啮合线长度总和,获得了随斜齿轮旋转位置时变的啮合线位置及长度总和,并讨论了螺旋角对斜齿轮的啮合线长度总和的影响。结果表明:与直齿轮不同,斜齿轮的啮合线长度连续周期变化。存在一个或几个特定的螺旋角,使斜齿轮的啮合线长度总和不变。 A calculation method for meshing line position and length of helical gears is proposed by analyzing the meshing process of helical gears. The time varying rule of meshing line position and length of helical gears is presented based the numerical simulation. Take helical gears transmission system of automobile gearbox as an example, the meshing line position of helical gears pair of input shaft and output shaft are determined, the sum of meshing line length are calculated, the time varying of meshing line position and the sum of length with the rotating position are obtained, and then the effect of helix angle on the sum of meshing line length of helical gears are analyzed. The results showed that the sum of meshing line length of helical gears is periodic variation which is different from the spur gears. There are one or several particular helix angles which making the sum of meshing line length of helical gears is a constant.
