摘要
为了进一步提高斜齿轮传动的平稳性以及减振降噪,针对变位渐开线斜齿轮接触线长度提出了一种参数化计算方法。首先,通过对变位渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮重合度的精确计算,推导接触线长度计算公式;其次,分析接触线总长度的变化规律及啮合过程的动态统计规律,得到了动态统计规律下的接触线平均长度变化曲线图,并对接触线长度变化与重合度的组合进行了优化分析;最后,给出变位齿轮接触线长度的参数化计算实例。研究成果可用于指导斜齿轮传动设计。
In order to further improve the stability of helical gears and reduce the noise,it proposes a parametric calculation method for the contact line length of modified involute helical gears.Firstly,the formulas of contact line are obtained based upon the accurate calculation of transverse contact ratio of involute helical modified gears.Secondly,according to analysis of the laws of the total length of contact line changes with contact ratio,as well as the dynamic statistical law during gear engagement,the graphs of contact line length under the dynamic statistic law are obtained.And the contact line length change with the contact ratio is optimized.At last,an example of parametric calculation is given.The analytical results and programming algorithm can be used to guide the design of gear transmission.
